Problem with Ultimate in-app upgrade

Unfortunately, while I generally like Aerofly and the Ultimate upgrade, it is requring me to restore the in-app purchase to Ultimate everytime I run the application. I’ve requested a refund on advice from Aerofly technical support. Presumably they aren’t interested in addressing the problem.
